• All products are custom printed to order and product appearances may vary slightly by device or printing process • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or decline at our discretion • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after acceptance except at our discretion • Custom printed items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless defective • Returns and exchanges follow our Returns Policy
4. Pricing & Billing
• Prices may change without notice • Posted prices exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated • You agree to pay all charges, including shipping and any applicable taxes • Payment is required at time of order
5. Shipping & Delivery
We typically dispatch custom printed orders within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery times:
• UK: 2–4 business days (Royal Mail or DPD) • USA & Canada: 4–8 business days (USPS/DHL/FedEx) • Rest of World: 7–15 business days (local partners)
Note: We do not ship to EU addresses. Peak seasons may add 1–2 days. Once handed to the carrier, risk transfers to you. Contact us at contact@blackoutboulevard.com if tracking shows no movement for 10+ days.
6. Intellectual Property
All content—text, images, logos, and designs—are owned by Blackout Boulevard or our licensors. No intellectual property rights are granted. Unauthorized use may violate applicable laws.
