Changed your mind? That's okay. You have 30 days from the delivery date to contact us about returns.
Eligibility
• Item must be unworn and unwashed,• Original tags (or sticker backing) intact • Custom printed items are final sale - since each piece is made specifically for you, returns are only accepted for defective items.
How to Start a Return
Email contact@blackoutboulevard.com with your order number, photos of the defect/damage, and reason for the return.
Most issues are resolved immediately with photo evidence and replacement/refund. If a physical return is required, we'll provide a return address and prepaid shipping label.
Exchanges
Size exchanges for defective items only - since items are custom printed to order, we cannot exchange for size preferences. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.
Defective item exchanges: We'll create a replacement order once we've assessed the issue via photos or received the returned item.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if anything is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect. We'll make it right as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on: • Custom printed items (unless defective/damaged) • All made-to-order products (our entire range) • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare) • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases • Sale items or gift cards
Since all our items are custom printed specifically for each customer, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Refunds
Once we assess your return request (usually via photos), we'll notify you of the approval status within 24 hours. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
For physical returns (when required), refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your item back in the crypt.
Return Shipping Costs
• Original shipping isn't refundable • We provide prepaid return labels for defective items • Note: Since items are custom printed, most returns are resolved digitally without requiring physical returns
